Frozenbyte Announces Trine Trilogy For Nintendo Switch Release – All 3 Epic Indie Games

Trine is a series of three games developed by Frozenbyte. The original Trine game released July 2, 2009 on PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and PC. All three games will now come on Nintendo Switch. Trine Enchanted edition has already released on Nintendo Switch and now Frozenbyte has announced the other two games to release soon.

BlitWorks is handling the second and third game of Trine port for Nintendo Switch. No price point or release date is announced as of yet. If the company follows price scheme of the previous consoles, then the games will be priced at $15 for Nintendo Switch.

Trine Enchanted edition is remake of the original Trine game. The game has significantly improved in terms of visual effects in its remaster version. There are also few gameplay improvements too. Other than that, here are the features in Trine Enchanted Edition.

  • Stunning new graphics based on the Trine 2 engine

Players get to play with three character in the game. Amadeus the Wizard, Pontius the Knight and Zoya the Thief. Each character has unique skill set and are unique in terms of gameplay style.

The wizard casts magic spells and levitates heavy objects, creating a different experience. Knight character is more like a tank in the game. He hits hard and causes mayhem at its best. Thief is a female character, she can hit enemies from distance and has cool grappling hook to traverse the environment.
