FIFA 20 Will Include a Street Mode Called VOLTA Football

FIFA 20 VOLTA Football

EA Sports has just confirmed that FIFA 20 will indeed include a Street mode however it is called VOLTA Football. This brand new Street mode will allow you to play different match types which include 3v3 Rush (no goalkeepers), 4v4, 4v4 Rush, 5v5 and Professional Futsal. This is the first time a FIFA game will include a Street mode of this scale and will help players play their favorite game in more comfortable environments which are the streets.

The teams in VOLTA will be much smaller and so will be the playgrounds. VOLTA will feature many different types of environments which range from underpasses, neighborhood cages, and rooftops. This will certainly make many fans of the sports feel at home while playing this brand new mode in FIFA 20 since a lot of people play football out in the streets rather than in proper football stadiums.

The arenas and environments will also come with walls while some will not have walls giving players more freedom of how they choose their favorite game. VOLTA will also feature different game modes which include a VOLTA Story Mode in which players will build their squad and lead their player to victory.

Check out the reveal trailer below.

VOLTA will also include Promotion and Relegation in the online VOLTA League or simply jump in some quick action in the streets with the VOLTA Kick-Off. This all sounds very promising and we cannot wait to try out the new VOLTA Street Mode in FIFA 20. Before starting their journey in VOLTA, players will get a chance to create their own custom avatar as well.

Avatar customization is pretty detailed and it includes options like choosing a male or female avatar which can be further customized with clothes, hairstyles, tattoos and different emotes. It looks like VOLTA will really give fans of the franchise a cool new way to create their own selves in the game and instead of taking it to the stadiums, duke it out with others in the streets.
