Fallout 1st is a Premium $100/Year Membership for Fallout 76

Fallout 1st

Bethesda has released a premium membership service for Fallout 76 called Fallout 1st and it will cost players $99.99 per year. Players can also subscribe to the service monthly which will cost them $12.99 per month. The premium service will bring tons of exclusive features for players who are still playing the game and want to dish out even more money on the game.

When Fallout 76 was released last year, it was a mess. Fans of the franchise were extremely angry with Bethesda and releasing a buggy and glitchy game was not the only thing at Bethesda’s hand at release. We all also remember the Collector’s Edition bag fiasco which gave Bethesda a run for its money.

Since then Bethesda has been working to make Fallout 76 better and the latest update to come from Bethesda is in the form of Fallout 1st which adds the following benefits for the members.

  • Private worlds for yourself and up to seven friends.
  • A Scrapbox with unlimited storage for crafting materials.
  • A Survival Tent that acts as a placeable fast travel point.
  • 1,650 Atoms a month for the game’s shop.
  • An exclusive Ranger Armor outfit.
  • Unique icons and emotes.

Bethesda had earlier announced that private servers are arriving for players in Fallout 76 however these private worlds are now locked behind a premium membership. However, only the player who creates the world has to be a Fallout 1st member. Each server will support 8 players in total so as long as 1 Fallout 76 member remains in the world, it will continue to exist.

Apart from private worlds, the premium membership also comes with plenty of other cool items however they still do not justify why the players must opt for a premium membership after paying a premium price for the game. Fallout 76 is probably the least liked game in the franchise and Bethesda keeps trying to finding new reasons to retain its current status.
