Publisher Funcom and developer Shiro Games have announced the launch of the new Line in the Sand update for Dune: Spice Wars. Dune: Spice Wars is the new 4X strategy game currently under development at Shiro Games and is currently available in Early Access on PC via Steam. Line in the Sand is the most recent major update to arrive for Dune: Spice Wars and it brings a huge amount of content to the game. Ever since the early access release of Dune: Spice Wars, Shiro Games has been releasing regular updates for the game adding new content to the game such as multiplayer, a new faction, flying units, new buildings, and much more.
The latest update Line in the Sane not only adds new content and improves content across the board as well. With the arrival of the latest update, fans of Dune: Spice Wars will find many requested features in the game based. Players can now review and flaunt their performance through an entirely new and highly requested feature – an end-of-game stats board. Apart from this, military units across all of the factions have been rebalanced and received major AI improvements.
Apart from this, map generation and starting spawns have been improved to create fairer game starts, and a Landsraad bar has been added that shows various phases of the intricate system, making them much easier to track. Apart from this, players will also find new regions, military gear, village traits, spying operations, and councilor reworks among many others.
