Darksiders 3 DLC Keepers of The Void Locks Cruicible and Abyssal Armor

Darksiders 3 releases November 27, 2018 on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC Steam platform. The first Darksiders released back eight years ago with first horesman ‘War’. Darksiders 3 is the third game in the franchise and with ‘Fury’ as third horseman.

THQ Nordic recently revealed the Darksiders 3 DLC Keepers of the Void. The downloadable content will feature ‘The Crucible mode and Abyssal Armor’. The content will be locked in for the DLC only. That roughly means that Abyssal Armor and The Crucible will only be accessible in the DLC only.

The Crucible mode will see enemy waves. Fury must kill all of the enemies, wave after wave to get the rewards. Abyssal Armor is one of the rewards in the DLC.

Abyssal Armor was also present in the first Darksiders game. The armor was acquired piece by piece. Maybe, the item is returning again for Darksiders 3 where Fury gets it piece by piece by completing The Crucible.

Gunfire Games and THQ Nordic have revealed that there are more adventures awaiting the path of Fury, the third horse-men. No release date was announced officially, THQ Nordic only highlighted what type of adventure lies ahead in post-launch content.

Darksiders 3 is third sequel in series that started in 2010. The first two games had male protagonists, while the third game has a female protagonist. The lead characters of all three games are four horsemen of the apocalypse.

Darksiders series started originally on PS3, Xbox 360 and PC. The first game was later remastered and labeled as Darksiders Warmastered edition, it launched on November 29, 2016. In first game, players take control of first horsemen of apocalypse, War, in war torn earth.
