CORSAIR has announced the launch of its brand-new casing, the FRAME 5000D, the latest addition to its FRAME Modular case series. The new CORSAIR FRAME 5000D builds on the success of the FRAME 4000D, and offers even more space for greater flexibility, customization, and cooling options for a variety of PC builds. The FRAME 5000D comes equipped with popular features like the InfiniRail Fan Mounting System, RapidRoute 2.0, a GPU Anti-Sag Arm, and many budget-friendly details that make assembling a PC easier than ever. Compared to the 4000D, the 5000D is 30% bigger in size, offering more room for airflow, internal components, and customization.
Using CORSAIR’s InfiniRail Fan Mounting System, fan installation in the new FRAME 5000D is very easy. It allows flexible fan placement and includes easily adjustable rails to accommodate popular fan sizes. This ensures optimal cooling performance for high-end components. With this system, you can use 120mm, 140mm, 160mm, and even 200mm fans with your build easily. You can remove them and upgrade them, add them, or subtract them at any time without requiring specialized tools or opening complex PC parts.
With GPUs getting bigger and thicker, mounting them inside cases is becoming a hassle as well but thanks to a built-in GPU Anti-Sag Stabilization Arm, the new FRAME 5000D removes this problem for you as well. With it in place, you can mount any GPU that you want without the requirement of any third-party components to ensure its proper fitment inside the case. It supports the GPU and reduces the pressure on the PCIe slot to protect the motherboard. The roomy inside allows you to install larger GPUs and thick radiators at the front of the chassis without any hassle. If you prefer a vertical mount for your GPU, you can simply rotate the PCIe bracket on the rear and use a riser cable. The riser cable is not provided with the system so you will need to purchase them separately.
For your storage solutions, the case offers support for up to six 2.5” SSDs and two 3.5” HDDs. If you prefer, you can remove the drive trays to make some more room for GPU coolers inside the case. You can tailor the case to suit your needs whether it is storage or cooling. The FRAME 5000D comes in two colors black and white. Out of the box, you get either four RS140 fans for an RGB-free look or four RS140 ARGB fans. These are pre-installed as three intake fans at the front and a fourth 140mm fan installed as an exhaust at the back. The RS140 PWN fans come with daisy-chainable connections for easy setup and magnetic dome bearings that reduce fan noise.
CORSAIR FRAME 5000D series is now available from the CORSAIR webstore and physical and digital network of authorized retailers and distributors.
