Brawlhalla, a free to play action platform game that is developed by Blue Mammoth Games and published by Ubisoft, is coming to the Xbox One and Nintendo Switch on November 6, 2018.
The game was already available to Playstation 4 users for free, and it is expected to remain free for the Xbox One and Nintendo Switch. A gameplay trailer released at Gamescom 2018 confirmed its release date and platforms.
Brawlhalla is an epic free to play platform fighting game that brings players to fight for glory in the halls of Valhalla. Choosing from over 40 unique characters, you can jump into single player or co op mode. There are also online and local competitions that are included in the gameplay.
Odin who is the King of the Gods, built Valhalla as a heaven for warriors. He ordered Valkyries to search for the greatest warriors to fill Valhalla. To Odin’s surprise, the Valkyries had brought an addition of warriors that included Vikings, pirates, cowboys, Mongol warriors, Amazons, monsters and aliens.
The warriors became bored while waiting for Ragnarok. This caused a huge battle between the warriors that caused the destructuion of the Great Hall and Asgard was turned to rubble. Odin, frustrated by all this, made a grand tournament instead where the warriors can fight to become champions.
There are more than 15 million players of Brawlhalla on PC and Playstation 4 combined. Those numbers will more than likely increase when it will be available for Nintendo Switch and Xbox One users.
Brawlhalla – Rayman Character Inclusion
Along with the inclusion of Brawlhalla in the new platforms, Rayman, a limbless hero is also coming into the fighting arenas of Brawlhalla. A tweet by Brawlhalla confirmed this news.
