Assassin’s Creed Odyssey was released on October 5, 2018, on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC, and Uplay platforms. Beta testing is currently in the early phase, and it lets you stream Assassin’s Creed Odyssey from Google Chrome. Ubisoft has announced its first major story add-on for Assassin’s Creed Odyssey, titled “Story Arc 1 – Legacy of the First Blade”. The DLC is scheduled to launch on December 4, 2018. According to Ubisoft, the episodic adventure that will be introduced in Story Arc 1 – Legacy of the First Blade will introduce players to the very first hero who wielded the iconic hidden blade. He is also the one who changed the course of history.

Additionally, ‘Legacy of the First Blade’ Downloadable content will focus on the backstory of Assassins. The DLC will also highlight why they choose to fight from the shadows against their arch-enemies.

You can get ‘Legacy of the First Blade’ as a standalone purchase or it comes free if you buy the season pass of the game. The season pass of  Assassin’s Creed Odyssey consists of two post-launch story expansions. The first episode is named ‘Legacy of First Blade’ and the second episode is called ‘The Fate of Atlantis’.

The season pass of Assassin’s Creed Odyssey also contains the ‘Assassin’s Creed III Remastered’ version of the game. The game will be available for free to those who have access to the season pass of the game.

Here is the post-launch content trailer that Ubisoft has released, showcasing additional content coming to Assassin’s Creed Odyssey after the Legacy of the First Blade.

Assassin’s Creed Odyssey focuses on Sparta and its undying bravery. Players will get to see the legendary foe of Greece: Xerxes as Spartans march against his army. The game also features mystical creatures enemies and bosses, very much like Medusa: the witch who gazes into eyes and turns people into stone.
