SNK has just announced two new Neogeo Pocket Color classic titles for the Nintendo Switch that are already available right now. The two new titles include King of Fighters R-2 and Samurai Shodown 2.

The Neogeo Pocket Color was a literal pocket-sized handheld gaming system that was released by SNK back in 1999. The tiny gaming console saw the addition of many games that were made especially for its small size. SNK is now busy in bringing those classic titles to the Nintendo Switch.
Instead of just being a classic game that you play on the Nintendo Switch, you actually see the whole Neogeo Pocket Color console on the screen of your Switch. This emulates the game to look like it is actually being played on the Neogeo itself. With the current advancement in technology, SNK has enabled the games to be played together with a friend with just one copy. You can even change the look of the exterior design in no time.
Both King of Fighters R-2 and Samurai Shodown! 2 will cost $7.99 on Nintendo eShop. Key features of King of Fighters R-2 include:
- 23 fighters in total, including hidden characters! Of course, the game is also in color, bringing these characters into sharper, more vivid definition!
