Schenker has released two new gaming laptops as part of the XMG NEO series and these are the World’s first gaming laptops that feature 165 Hz IPS 1440p displays. XMG NEO series was first released by Schenker in 2018 and since then, the company has been providing maximum gaming performance following a long tradition of innovation and integrating cutting-edge technology ahead of the competition.

The two new Schenker XMG gaming laptops, the NEO 15 and NEO 17 offer razor-sharp image quality thanks to their impressively high pixel density of 188 PPI (15.6 inches) and 170 PPI (17.3 inches) respectively. The displays are technically identical to the panels that US manufacturer Eluktronics also announced a few days ago

The laptops come in several different configurations, the top of which has the Intel Core i7-10875H which is an eight-core and 16 thread processor, paired with NVIDIA’s GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER. An optional configuration with a GeForce RTX 2070 Refresh is also available. Both graphics cards are performance-optimized Max-P versions, with the maximum specified TGP of 115 watts.

The laptops can be configured with a maximum of 64 GB RAM and two M.2 SSDs. For I/O ports, both laptops have one Thunderbolt 3, two display ports, three USB 3.2 ports, HDMI 2.0 with HDCP 2.2 support, Gigabit LAN, WiFi 6, an SD card reader, and separate audio jacks for a microphone and headphones or a headset.

Both Laptops use liquid metal for CPU cooling which allows it to achieve impressive thermals without any thermal throttling. The battery on the NEO 15 is 93 Wh while on the NEO 17, it is 62 Wh only which is strange to see.

The XMG NEO 15 and XMG NEO 17, which can be freely configured at bestware.com, are available from € 1,831.63 for the NEO 15 and € 1,753.64 for the NEO 17. Moreover, they are running a promotion which can net you a discount of up to 250 euros until 2nd December.
