Publisher Polden Publishing and developer Project Zima have announced their brand-new title, Bus Flipper: Renovator Simulator, and it is launching later this month. Dubbed as House Flipper on wheels, in Bus Flipper: Renovator Simulator, you will turn rust buckets into masterpieces by smashing through the clutter, scrubbing away grime, and giving forgotten vehicles a new life by turning them into cozy motorhomes, cool food trucks, and more. Bus Flipper: Renovator Simulator is slated for launch on PC via Steam on July 31, 2025.

You will step into the shoes of a one-man renovation crew, and you will begin by buying abandoned buses, vans, and RVs. After cleaning them out, you will unleash your creativity and turn them into livable houses, working food trucks, and anything else you can think of. You will also find some iconic buses in the game, such as the American school bus or a magic bus from a magic franchise that we all loved as kids.
As you complete missions to grow your business and skills as a bus flipper, you will gain access to new vehicles and tasks. You will also find some other cool missions like cleaning up non-illegal science gear in a rusty motorhome or restoring a bus after a speedy trip across LA. The game also offers a free-form customization system where you can personalize projects with interactive décor, demolish old interiors, and turn them into modern and contemporary living spaces.

- Drive Iconic Vehicles: Go hands-on with diesel-powered city buses, magical multilevel buses, and everything in between. Build up your vehicles and drive them around!
- Fuel Your Customization: Rebuild from the ground up, install new walls and finish surfaces with tile or panels, and personalize your creations with interactive TVs, radios, swivel chairs, and more.
- Build Your Business: Complete missions to grow your skill set, tackle side-quests to earn extra cash, and spend it in the marketplace or reinvest it in your business.
