Resident Evil Requiem Post-Game Guide – What to Do After Finishing the Campaign

Resident Evil Requiem Post-Game Guide

This Resident Evil Requiem Post-Game Guide shows what things you can do after finishing the main campaign of the game. Finishing Resident Evil Requiem doesn’t mean you are done with the game. In fact, completing the story unlocks a lot of extra content that makes replaying much more rewarding. From new weapons and tougher difficulty modes to collectibles and challenges, there are plenty of things to replay.

Post-Game Guide – Resident Evil Requiem

Once you complete the story, several new features and rewards become available.

  1. Play Insanity Mode

One of the biggest additions is Insanity Mode, which is the toughest difficulty in the game. Clearing this mode gives you a huge reward of 40,000 CP, which is very useful for unlocking advanced gear. Since this difficulty is extremely challenging, it is better to prepare first, especially by unlocking Infinite Ammo from the Special Content Store.

  1. New Advanced Weaponry

Another major addition is the Special Content Store itself, where you can spend your CP. After finishing the game, new weapons become available for both Grace and Leon.

These include strong weapons: Freya’s Needle and Kotetsu for Grace, and weapons: Matilda IMP, Ghost Grudge, Redemption, Mortal Edge, RPG-7, and Clatter Carbine for Leon. As these weapons can make future runs easier, it is a good idea to unlock them early.

  1. Obtain Tactical Tracker

You can also obtain the Tactical Tracker, which helps increase the amount of credits you earn during gameplay. This makes future playthroughs smoother, especially when playing as Leon, since you will be able to afford weapons and items more quickly.

  1. Grace’s Report

On top of gameplay rewards, completing the game unlocks a detailed document called Grace’s Report. This contains a lot of background information about the story and the wider context of the Resident Evil universe.

  1. Supply Boxes

Another helpful change is that supply boxes begin appearing much earlier in Leon’s future runs.

Challenges to Do

If you are aiming for full completion, there are still many objectives left to finish.

  • You can go back in new playthroughs to destroy all Raccoon Memoriams, which rewards you with 2000 CP and You Little Rascal! achievement.
  • Similarly, reading all 75 files in the game gives another reward of 3000 CP and the Case Closed achievement.
  • There are also special containers from the BSAA scattered around Raccoon City. Opening all of them will give you extra items like weapons and charms, along with the Crate Expectations achievement.
  • Safes are another important objective. There are five in total, including one in the final area, so make sure to unlock all of them. Unlocking all of them rewards you with the No Safe is Safe achievement.
  • You can also focus on completing all 50 challenges to earn more CP, which helps you unlock everything in the store.
  • As discussed above, taking on Insanity difficulty is one of the biggest goals if you are looking for a real challenge. Completing this will reward you with the Remarkable Agent achievement.

What Carries Over to New Runs

When you start a new playthrough, only a few things are saved from your previous progress. Files you have already read will stay collected, and any Mr. Raccoon Memoriams you have destroyed will remain counted. Grace’s charms also carry over, so you don’t need to collect them again.

However, most other things do not transfer. Leon’s weapons, upgrades, crafting recipes, and items will all reset, meaning you will have to unlock and collect them again in each new run.
