Raspberry Pi has released a new device by the name of Raspberry Pi 400 Compact Keyboard which features the Raspberry Pi 4 4 GB single-board computer enclosed inside the keyboard body. The Keyboard system is aimed at low-end home offices that do not need high-end processing power in their systems.

The Raspberry Pi 400 Compact Keyboard features the Raspberry Pi 4 4 GB single-board computer which features a quad-core 64-bit processor and has a dual display output as well. The compact keyboard is very easy to use and it can also work as a small house entertainment system, which can easily be achieved thanks to the processor that the Raspberry Pi 4 utilizes.

The processor on the Raspberry Pi 4 has a base clock speed of 1.8 GHz and the Raspberry Pi 4 4 GB in the Compact Keyboard features a unique and custom design specifically so that it can fit within the keyboard while offering all the ports from a single side of the keyboard.

The custom Raspberry Pi 4 has many different ports which include an RJ45 ethernet port, three USB ports with two being USB 3.0, and two Micro-HDMI ports, and the large GPIO pins which are also completely accessible on the outside.

The GPIO pins allow users to explore any additions beyond the initial hardware included in the Raspberry Pi 400. The GPIO pins ports can be used to connect external storage for additional storage.

The Raspberry Pi 400 Compact Keyboard kit comes with a mouse, power supply, micro HDMI to HDMI cable, and even an SD card, preloaded with Raspberry Pi OS for $100 while getting just the Raspberry Pi 400, without all the additions, will cost $70. This is a very decent price for a compact device suitable for home tasks.
