Bloober Team has announced that its critically acclaimed cyberpunk thriller Observer: System Redux is launching on PS4 and Xbox One on July 16, 2021. Observer: System Redux brings new quests, gameplay improvements, and completely redesigned character models to the original Observer. Observer: System Redux was originally released for PC, Xbox Series X|S, and PS5 back in November 2020.
Bloober Team CEO Piotr Babieno commented:
As the first horror title for next-gen consoles, Observer: System Redux absolutely wowed cyberpunk and thriller fans on day one. Fans of the original and new Observer: System Redux players love the new missions, but with next-gen consoles being hard to find, we’ve left many fans out in the cold. Now, the new Observer: System Redux missions, gameplay improvements, and content have been back-ported to Observer: System Redux for fans to enjoy
Observer: System Redux will release both digitally and physically, priced at $29.99, for PS4 and Xbox One. Koch Media will handle the physical release and it will include the base game along with a softcover art book, and the soundtrack of the game as well. Bloober Team has released a new PS4 and Xbox One announcement trailer to celebrate the announcement and we have linked it below:

In addition, we reviewed the Xbox Series X|S version of Observer: System Redux in which we tried the new overhauled version of Bloober Team’s title and found it perfectly suited for the power of the next-gen consoles. With the power-hungry System Redux now heading to PS4 and Xbox One, it is worthwhile to wait and see how it performs on the previous generation of consoles that feature much less power than the modern consoles.
