After its reveal back in April 2020, people wanted to see more of the brilliant action-RPG Mortal Shell. Cold Symmetry and Playstack have finally revealed more details about the game including two brand new trailers of Mortal Shell along with the closed-beta date. The new trailers not only showcase the first-ever gameplay of Mortal Shell but also a trailer that revealed the closed beta date of the title.
The new trailers were released during the IGN Summer of Gaming event on Wednesday and showcased never before seen footage of Harros, one of the game’s four playable Shells. The demonstration further continues with Harros descending into the Crypt of Martyrs, a long-forgotten shrine now frozen and guarded by desperate enemies.
After this gameplay trailer, another trailer was showcased which focused on Eredrim, another of the game’s four shells. Eredrim’s path is resisted by formidable and awe-inspiring enemies. At the end of this very trailer, the developer and publisher revealed that a closed beta for Mortal Shell will take place on July 3, 2020, and will last for one week.
