Our Mewgenics Wall of Flesh Guide details everything that you need to know about the Wall of Flesh and how you can get rid of it. While exploring Act 1 in Mewgenics, you may run into a disturbing barrier made of flesh at the end of The Caves and The Boneyard. It blocks your path and doesn’t clearly explain how to get through it. At first, it feels like a dead end, but there is actually a specific way to open it.
Wall of Flesh Guide – Mewgenics
To move forward, you will need to defeat a certain boss and use the items she drops in the correct locations. We will discuss it below.
The First Step: Defeating Guillotina
The process begins with your first victory over Guillotina. After defeating her, she drops an item called the Throbbing Gristle. This item is important, so do not ignore it. Take the Throbbing Gristle to the flesh wall located in The Caves. When you interact with the wall while carrying the item, you will be given the option to place it inside. Doing this opens part of the wall, but not all of it.
To open the 100% wall, more work still needs to be done.
The Second Piece: Completing the Wall
Later, you will face Guillotina again. After winning the rematch, she drops another item called the Putrid Leech. Just like before, you must carry this item to a specific location. This time, go to the flesh wall found in The Boneyard.
Place the Putrid Leech into the wall there. Once this is done, the barrier will finally open completely. With both items placed, the full path is revealed.
Entering the Secret Area
After unlocking both sides of the wall, you gain access to a hidden location called The Throbbing Domain. This acts as a secret fourth area in Act 1. However, when you first arrive, you won’t see much besides an altar. It may seem incomplete, but there is one final step required to fully unlock everything inside.
To fully open The Throbbing Domain, you must defeat Guillotina one last time. After this final fight, her head is added to your inventory as an item. Bring this to The Throbbing Domain and interact with the altar. When you place her head on it, the area will finally expand.
Doing so unlocks the complete version of the zone and leads to a challenging battle against the Throbbing King.
