Bone Bottom Repairs is the easiest Wish that you can accept and complete in the game. Until now, you have not had much use for all of the Shell Shards that you have been gathering from defeated enemies. This means that you would have a good number of Shell Shards already in your possession by the time you arrive at this wish.
To complete this Wish, all you need to do is pay 200 Shell Shards, and you will be done. You do not have to go anywhere else unless you do not have 200 Shell Shards in your inventory, which is highly unlikely at this point. Donate the Shell Shards, and this Wish will be in the completion books for you.
