Retro Classic SNK Gals’ Fighters Makes its Way to Nintendo Switch

SNK has just released its retro classic Gals’ Fighters on the Nintendo Switch alongside a new trailer with the announcement. The game is available digitally on the Nintendo eShop for $7.99.

This comes after SNK is celebrating the Neo Geo’s 30th anniversary this week. The game was originally launched on the Neo Geo Pocket Color back in 2000. Take a look at the trailer below:

The most interesting or rather intriguing thing feature about the game the majority of the screen will be occupied by the Neo Geo Pocket Color console itself. As you can see from the trailer, it will be like playing the Neo Geo on our Nintendo Switch. This is some really nice way to celebrate the anniversary by featuring a virtual console on the whole screen.

SNK CORPORATION (Corporate HQ: Suita-city, Osaka, Japan, Company President & CEO: Koichi Toyama) is pleased to announce that SNK GALS’ FIGHTERS is available now on the Nintendo Switch via Nintendo eShop.

Gals’ Fighters features wonderous heroines that compete to be crowned as the Queen of Fighters. The game is filled with lighthearted comical interactions that will keep you engaged for sure. There are 11 fighters that you can choose from, with the addition of three hidden characters. The game also features a Training Mode which gives you a good insight on how to become the top fighter.

Gals’ Fighters also has a two-player coop where you can play with a friend in Tabletop or Handheld Mode on the Nintendo Switch console. The game is available right now, and you can purchase it from the Nintendo eShop. Check out some of the gameplay videos as well that were shared by SNK and features two fighters battling it out.
