Indie developer Pierre Corbinais has announced that award-winning title Wednesdays is now available on mobile devices, including both iOS and Android platforms. Published by ARTE France, Wednesdays is a mix of video game and graphic novel that sheds light on a very sensitive topic but presents it with a surprisingly hopeful story.

Some key awards include Independent Games Festival Finalist in the Excellence in Narrative category, Independent Games Festival Winner in the Audience Award category, Pegases 2026 Best Narrative Design Nominee, Pegases 2026 Beyond The Video Game, Indiecade 2025, and many others. Wednesdays Launches on Mobile as New Bonus Content Rolls Across All Platforms

Wednesdays follows the story of Tim, a victim of child sexual abuse. Now he is in his twenties, and while playing a game from his childhood, he starts getting flashbacks of the traumatic time with a lot of questions. The game’s narrative is told through a fragmented story from different perspectives. Players get to build rides and other attractions in Orco Park to unlock Tim’s memories as they see fit.

The story jumps between Tim and his relatives as players try to piece together tangled memories of his past. All of this is presented in the form of two distinct art styles. Tim’s own memories are through the work of comic artist Exaheva and draw inspiration from alternative comics and graphic novels. On the other hand, Orco Park evokes the charm of classic video games from the 90s, designed by pixel artist Nico Nowak.

Wednesdays Mobile

With its recent mobile launch, Wednesdays is now available on PC via Steam and Itch.io, along with both iOS and Android devices. The PC version of the game was launched back in April 2025. The bonus content includes a special scene where players can ask the developers any questions they like in an interactive interview. While the mobile release will come with this bonus scene, the Steam and Itch-io versions of the game will also release it free of cost.
