Crimson Desert Fast Travel Guide – How to Unlock, Abyss Nexus Locations

Crimson Desert Fast Travel Guide

This Crimson Desert Fast Travel Guide details everything about fast travel in Crimson Desert, including the location for all Abyss Nexus points. Traveling across the world in Crimson Desert can take a lot of time, especially as the map is very large. That is where fast travel points, known as Abyss Nexus, become extremely useful. By unlocking them while exploring, you can move around the map much faster and avoid repeating long journeys.

Fast Travel Guide – Crimson Desert

As you explore, you will notice large white question mark circles on the map. These marks search areas where something important can be found. Some of these locations contain Abyss Nexus points, but not all of them. Others may lead to different discoveries, like hidden places or ancient ruins.

When you enter one of these areas, you can use your sword’s Guiding Light ability to reveal nearby points. This ability highlights important objects with a blue glow, making them easier to spot.

The Abyss Nexus itself looks like a circular platform on the ground. Once you find it, simply stand on it for a short moment to activate it. After activation, it will appear as a blue icon on your map. You can then select it from the map and fast travel to it whenever needed.

Other Ways to Unlock Fast Travel

Apart from ground locations, there are also fast travel points connected to sky islands. These are unlocked through Abyss Restoration challenges. Once activated, they allow you to drop down from above and reach nearby areas quickly, which can be helpful for exploration.

The game allows you to visit all regions from the beginning, so you are free to explore anywhere. A smart approach is to unlock the entire map early by ringing all 8 bells. This removes the fog from the map and makes navigation much easier.

While traveling to these bells, try to activate any Abyss Nexus you find along the way. This will gradually build a network of fast travel points across the map, saving you a lot of time later in the game.

All Abyss Nexus Locations

There are over 100 Abyss Nexus locations in the game. These are spread across different regions, each with multiple points to unlock.

This guide is a work-in-progress. We are adding more Abyss Nexus locations as we find them in the game.
