This Bravely Default 2 Jobs Unlock Guide will show you how to unlock all the Jobs in the game. This includes the White Mage, Vanguard, Monk, and several other Jobs that you can unlock and use.

Beastmaster	Defeat the second Asterisk boss in Chapter 1. Job unlocks automatically.
Thief	Defeat the Asterisk boss at the end of the Chapter 1 to unlock this skill automatically
Gambler	Complete the “Taking a Gamble” quest. This quest can be found in later stages of Chapter 1.
Berserker	Defeat the last Asterisk boss in Chapter 1
Red Mage	Unlocked in the early stages of Chapter 2
Ranger	Unlocked in the early stages of Chapter 2
Shieldmaster	Defeat the Asterisk boss in Chapter 2
Pictomancer	Defeat the Asterisk boss in the later stages of Chapter 2
Dragoon	Defeat Dragoon Asterisk in Chapter 3.
Spiritmaster	Defeat both Asterisk boss in one fight in Chapter 3
Swordmaster	Defeat both Asterisk boss in one fight in Chapter 3
Oracle	Defeat the last boss in Chapter 3
Salve-Maker	Complete the side quest found in Enderno tasking you to defeat an Asterisk boss in Chapter 3
Arcanist	Unlocked by defeating Asterisk boss in Chapter 4
Bastion	Unlocked by defeating Asterisk boss in Chapter 4
Phantom	Unlocked by defeating Asterisk boss in Chapter 4
Hellblade	Defeat the final boss in Chapter 4
Bravebearer	This is a secret Job that can be unlocked after you achieve the second ending, return back to chapter 6, and defeat the Hero of Light ghost.
