ASUS ExpertBook B9 2020 is the World’s Lightest Business Laptop

ASUS has revealed a new laptop, the ExpertBook B9 2020, and is calling it the World’s Lightest Business laptop which weighs only 2.2 Lbs. ASUS is well known for its laptops and has various different lineups that target different types of consumers. ASUS’s Republic of Gamers and TUF series are known for their gaming-focused designs and specifications while ASUS’s standalone laptops are more for business-oriented personalities.

The newest offering from ASUS is the ExpertBook B9, which the company is calling the next-generation portable laptop for businessmen due to its lightweight and sleek design. It is the world’s lightest 14-inch business laptop and has impressive internal specifications as well.

The ExpertBook B9 is powered by Intel’s latest 11th Gen Tiger Lake processors with graphics being powered by the new and powerful Intel Iris Xe graphics. The new processor provides plenty of processing power and the graphics make it more affordable whilst being able to perform all the necessary tasks.

The ExpertBook B9 features 32 GB LDDR4x RAM running at speeds of 4266 MHz and for storage, the notebook has dual 2 TB NVMe SSDs for lots of storage on the go. The notebook also has Intel WiFi 6 and Thunderbolt 4 for best in class connectivity speeds.

ASUS calls the ExpertBook B9 world’s lightest 14-inch business laptop and the notebook only weighs a mere 2.2 lbs and an Ultra-Thin profile at 14.9mm. The notebook has a 66 Wh battery which will power the 14-inch NanoEdge display with very thin bezels for a classy look.

The notebook laptop also has a webcam which has an infrared camera and smart proximity sensor to allow quick login using a biometric face scan. The AdaptiveLock technology automatically logs you in and out using sensors as well as the webcam.

Currently, ASUS has not revealed the price of the ExpertBook B9, and availability is also not known at this time.
