- Check shelves and drawers inside Residential buildings and the surrounding areas.
To increase your odds of finding rare items, try a Night Raid. These are harder runs, but you will find rare items more often.
Where To Find a Dog Collar
As we discussed earlier, the Dog Collar is labelled as a Residential Item, so you should search places with Residential Tags. You won’t find any in the Dam Battlegrounds, but there are several spots where you can find them.

Dog Collars can sometimes appear in high-loot zones as well. For example, you may find one in the Research & Administration building in the Dam Battlegrounds.
Dog Collar Usage in ARC Raiders
In ARC Raiders, the Dog Collar has one main purpose:
It upgrades Scrappy the Rooster. You need a Dog Collar to train Scrappy to a Higher Level, which increases the rewards he brings back after a run. Since it is rare, the item also has good selling value. Once you have a Dog Collar, go to the Workshop, select Scrappy, and press Train to use the item and raise his level.
