- Searching Medium and High-Value Loot buildings gives you a better chance of finding rare items, including keys.
- Even though the key is used only in the Dam Battlegrounds map, it can still spawn in other maps, so explore everywhere you can.
- Make sure to loot carefully and check every corner of these buildings.
There is one guaranteed way to get this key. If you accept Celeste’s “Greasing Her Palms” quest, you will automatically receive the Dam Surveillance Key. This is because one of the quest steps requires you to enter the locked room that uses the key.
ARC Raiders – Where to Use the Dam Surveillance Key
The Dam Surveillance Key has only one use, and that is to unlock a special locked room in the Water Treatment Control building in the Dam Battlegrounds map. This building is located on the southern side of the area.
To reach the locked room: Enter the Water Treatment Control building from the southern entrance. Once inside, turn right past the table. Take another right turn, and you will find the room in the corner.
Inside, you will find several loot spots, such as:
- Lockers
- Bags
- Loose items spread over dashboards
This room contains high-value loot, so it is best to clear space in your inventory before entering. After collecting everything, try to move toward an extraction point quickly to avoid attracting enemies.
