Animal Crossing: New Horizons is getting its 3.0 Update next week, and it will bring with it the opportunity to unlock some cool new guests. One such guest that you can invite to your island includes Tulin, similar to Mineru, who is a character from The Legend of Zelda. Inviting Tulin is a fairly straightforward deal unless you have the correct Amiibos in your collection. We have created this Animal Crossing New Horizons Tulin Guide, in which we will detail how you can invite Tulin to your island in the game.
How to Invite Tulin to your Island in Animal Crossing: New Horizons
As we mentioned earlier, you can invite Tulin to your island in Animal Crossing: New Horizons starting next week once the 3.0 Update goes live. Once he is on your island, you can invite him to the Happy Home Paradise DLC as well and make him a villa, but you must know that since you can only invite over ten guests at the same time, you should have enough space to keep him there.
Tulin is a Bird and boasts a Jock personality. His catchphrase is ‘Gust’, and he comes from the The Legend of Zelda franchise. He brings his similar look with a white body with grey and black accents, along with a blue beak with a black tip and blue eyes. He has orange cheeks, and you will see him wearing mint green and brown clothes. Since he is a Jock, he will never complain about other villagers, and he goes well with Peppy and Smug. Snooty and Cranky villagers will always complain about him.
Inviting Tulin to Your Island
To invite Tulin, you will need to scan special Amiibos, which will allow you to invite Tulin to your Animal Crossing: New Horizons island. To do so, head to Resident Services and interact with the ABD machine. Choose Invite a Camper and then scan your Amiibo.
- For the Nintendo Switch Pro Controller, the Amiibo scanner is located above the Switch logo
- For Joy-Cons, the Amiibo scanner is located over the Home Button, which is present on the right Joy-Con
Once it is done, head to the campground, and you will find Tulin there inside his own tent. He will make a request, and once you complete it, Tulin will move in on your island as long as there is an empty space for him.
