Alien Pixel Studios have announced the release date of their highly-anticipated platformer Unbound: Worlds Apart for PC and Switch. The game will release on PC via Steam, Epic Games Store, and GOG along with Nintendo Switch on July 8. Additionally, PlayStation and Xbox versions of the game will land sometime later in 2021, published by Digerati.
In Unbound: Worlds Apart, you will summon portals to overcome vicious beasts, devious puzzles, and platforming challenges. The game started its life as a Kickstarter campaign and after a successful campaign, the game is ready for its full release by opening a portal to our screens. In Unbound: Worlds Apart, you play as the talented young mage, Soli, who is on his journey to defeat a ruthless evil that is tearing reality apart.
You will harness all of Soli’s powers as you delve into the dark and twisted world of Unbound: Worlds Apart. Your decisions to explore different portals will have an impact on the overall atmosphere of the game as inside certain portals, the physical properties of the character or the world elements can change offering new gameplay opportunities.

- Mystical Music – Alexey Nechaev, the sound designer for Inmost, adds to the fantastical atmosphere of Unbound: Worlds Apart with an other-worldly, original soundtrack.
A free Unbound: Worlds Apart demo is available on Steam and if you are in Europe, you can try out a free demo for the game on Nintendo Switch as well.
