Weapons play a vital role in Ghost of Yotei, and you will be using different types of weapons in the game to slay your enemies. Some weapons are unlocked automatically with story progression, but you will need to find the other ones on your own. You can find a range of melee, ranged, and Quickfire weapons in Ghost of Yotei. Weapons Guide – Ghost of Yotei
We have listed the weapons according to their class to make it easier for you to find the respective weapons. Collecting all weapons of a category also unlocks a unique trophy for you. You can further upgrade the weapons at your father’s forge in your home.
Melee Weapons:
There are five Melee weapons in Ghost of Yotei, and we consider them your primary weapons. These are mostly the strongest weapons in the game, and you will use them the most in combat and boss battles. Ghost of Yotei features seven melee weapons. Finding and collecting all five will unlock the ‘Tools of a Warrior’ trophy for you.
The following are the locations at which you will find them:

Ranged Weapons:
You can find additional ranged weapons in the game, including 2 bows, an additional rifle, and some bombs. Acquiring all Ranged weapons will unlock the ‘Take Aim’ Trophy.

Quickfire Weapons:
Quickfire Weapons are smaller weapons that you can throw at your enemies. They are not powerful enough to kill enemies, so you will primarily use them to damage or distract your enemies or boost your primary weapons. There are five Quickfire Weapons in the game. Finding and collecting all Quickfire weapons will unlock the ‘Quick Draw’ trophy for you.
