Buka Entertainment and Sobaka Studios have released a brand new trailer for their upcoming title 9 Monkeys of Shaolin along with a free prologue demo. The new gameplay trailer showcases on narrative, combat and progression systems, weapons, enemies, and co-op mode of the title. The free prologue is now available on Steam and you can test out of the new features showcased in the trailer right now for free on Steam.
The free prologue demo offers the complete first chapter of the game’s campaign which can be played in both single-player and co-op mode. Co-op mode supports both online and split-screen by 2 players. Check out the new trailer below:
9 Monkeys of Shaolin is a classic beat ‘em up title and pays homage to the iconic games in the genre where you spend your time beating enemies left and right with your bare hands or weapons. You play the game as a Chinese fisherman Wei Cheng who is out on a quest to avenge the death of friends or family in a pirate raid at your peaceful village. Wei knows Martial Arts and uses his trusty battle staff in fights offering a challenging adventure in Medieval China and for merciless fights with hordes of various enemies.
